Access Code straight up does not work. Factory reset does not fix the issue. Support couldn't help and since the bgw-320 is so new and requires you handle a fiber cable they won't ship you one and instead have to send a tech out. ¯\_ (ツ)_/¯ On the plus side I guess the tech will have multiple gateways on them and we can keep swapping them ...
