I fully expect that the Hemp delta-9/THCA limit will be raised to either 0.7% or 1%. It’s certainly possible they might then limit ALL THC content to 1%, but that’s far from certain. What’s more likely is that products will be capped at how much Delta-8 or Delta-9 they produce per serving. .
